What does powder coating mean 

Powder coating is a modern technology of metal paint coating. The powder paint used meets strict environmental criteria. It guarantees a quality finish, prevents metal corrosion, and extends service life. It significantly improves the quality of the final product.

Treatment 

First, we clean the surface of all impurities, grease and other defects. This is done chemically or mechanically as needed, so that the powder coating paint is applied as efficiently and lasts as long as possible. After spraying, the parts go through a curing oven at a temperature between 160° C and 220° C, depending on the type of paint, which bonds the powder to the metal surface. After the product has cooled, it is also possible to arrange for it to be packed in foil, bubble wrap, boxes, pallets, etc.

If necessary, we can also provide sandblasting
